Carrington - Paintings, Drawings and Decorations
London: Thames and Hudson, 1978
Dora Carrington trained at The Slade School of Art, where she met Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell.
Through them she became a timid member of the Bloomsbury set, never exhibiting her considerable talent as a draughtswoman.
Obsessed with Lytton Strachey, she took her life shortly after his death.
This collection is an attempt by her brother to collect her extant works, which demonstrate some rare potential.
