Particularly strong in Renoir, Cezanne, Picasso and Matisse, the highlight is probably the studies Matisse executed for a huge mural of The Dance, specially commissioned by Barnes, and painted twice, when the original measurements turned out to be inaccurate. (The Museum of the City of Paris now has the first version.)
